MHSRS awards honor excellence in medical warfighter-related research at this annual meeting, which is sponsored by the Department of Defense Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs.
CARE is one of six teams recognized by Military Health at MHSRS in 2021. This symposium usually brings together medical professional and researchers from across the nation to discuss scientific advancements related to DOD-sponsored research, but due to COVID-19, the symposium was cancelled.
The CARE Consortium Team is recognized for significant contributions to the identification of diagnostic and prognostic indicators for traumatic brain injury. […] Findings from CARE Consortium studies will have a tremendous impact on this field of science for years to come, with significant implications for the Warfighter.
